Registration
Welcome to MyFootballClub Registration for Queens Park FC Seniors (NSW)
DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED A QUEENS PARK TEAM.
We suggest you keep this window open during registration.

When you log into MyFootballClub for the first time, if you do not have a current registration with any clubs, you will be asked if you would like to make a Registration.
• In MyFootballClub, click the button
Register Now
Logging In/Retrieving a Password/Creating an Account
1. Select “Player Registration” option.
2. You will be given three options which will allow you to Log In OR find your FFA number, retrieve a password OR create a new account.
- If you can find your number, click on your name and proceed to the login screen. Enter your password OR you will need to generate a new password using your email address.
- If your email address does not match with data in MyFootballClub – Contact FFA support on (02)80204199 or myfootballclub@footballaustralia.com.au to update your email and log into the system.
- If you can’t find your FFA number – Don’t Panic! Follow the links to creating a new account. Or follow this link here: Create a new account
- This will allow you to generate a new number and password. These details will be emailed to you immediately and you will be able to login from there.

Selecting Our Club
1. When you have logged in click “Register Now” next to your name.
2. View and update your contact details (if necessary).
3. You MUST have a recent photo of yourself in your profile. If not please upload a current one.
(MFC recommend using IE9, Firefox or Chrome as some users had problems with uploading photos)
4. Choose “Proceed with Registration”.
5. Start typing in our Club name which is Queens Park FC Seniors (NSW)
6. Under Select Role: choose “Player”.
7. Select Level < Seniors Registration >. Our Club Package for this level is <$420>.
8. Click “Add”.
9. Click “Next”.
Acknowledging Terms and Conditions
• Read and Acknowledge all Terms and Conditions and Click Next.
Payment Options Screen
• You will be given the option to < Pay Now > and < Invoice me>
• Choose < PAY NOW > you will need a valid Credit card to make your payment

• You will be sent an invoice/receipt via email.
Answer Additional Questions
• Save All Answers and Click Next. You will need to know your Team code( eg: AA5R, AAW2, O35L, O35W)
Your Registration is now complete
• You are now pending awaiting approval or pending awaiting payment. The Club Registrar will now complete the final step of accepting your registration. We will contact you directly to advise the next steps.
